In reply to <a href="https://seniorsskiing.com/rip-muhammad-ali/#comment-8250">Don H Kowbel</a>.

Hey Don:

Whoa. Not sure what upset you, but it's not our style to ignore comments. Re: Gordie Howe. Good point, we missed that. Sorry.

As for Whistler, we have designated Whistler, Lake Louise, Ski Whitewater, Red Mountain, Mont Sutton, and Mont Tremblant as Senior Friendly areas, based on the results of our ski area surveys. That includes ticket discounts for seniors as well as amenities. We have also visited and reported on Le Massif de Charlevoix. We've had a recent article on indoor skiing in Toronto, and a report on Silver Star from our correspondent from Australia of all places. We are married to a Canadian and visit our relatives frequently in PEI. So let's not call us biased.

If we have a correspondent who wants to report on an area, we will happily post an article. If you'd like to give it a go, I will send you our resort review format. We'd love to have a story about Whistler. We depend on correspondents and interested skiers to give us their views of where they ski. We are doing the best we can with a staff of two and lots of enthusiastic readers and followers.

So, let me know. Want to write something for us?

Yes, it was sad to hear about his passing. He suffered for years. He is now at peace.
However, there was another iconic passing, Mr. Hockey, Gordie Howe. Not a word did you mention about him. Why? He played hockey until the age of 52. He set almost every hockey record that was available. He played hockey with two of his sons, Mark and Marty on the same team. He was also known as Switch Blade Elbows. But not one word was mentioned about him Pretty biased. Don't you think?
I have emailed you in the past about Whistler, BC. The number one and largest ski resort in North America. Again, zero response. I think that I really do not want to be a part of your organization any longer. Shameful.
