I most happily send you $50, in the hope that your on-line mag can overcome any financial 'moguls' in the way!!

I have long been wistful at the thought of a publication where we ski-mad Baby Boomers, etc. might connect with others. (Others who won't stare in disbelief as I join the lift line in my beloved one-piece ski suit!!! LOL! )

I despair that all skiers are now indistinguishable in their 'uniform' bright jackets with 'fun' contrasting ski pants!! And, add on the helmets..........and the ski brigade starts to look as if they make up a 'Troop' of some sort. :-D (Not that I don't understand the need for 'helmets'---although I made it through 50 years and somehow survived in my thick wool ski hats....)

And don't even mention the fun of goggles over glasses PLUS that helmet. And, then, the fun of trying to recognize faces!

However! I don't want to live in the past (yes, I do)---and I do like that skiing has become more accessible to others.

But the joy of finding a publication that can 'speak' to my generation (early 70's) and who can remember the entire ski experience nostalgically---as it 'was'---is as warm as an old-fashioned Hot Buttered Rum!!

I look forward to reading all about both the 'new' and the 'old'. (And I still voraciously search for the introduction of the world's most "fits-all" ski boot---a skier's medical marvel", shall we call it, say, "The "Lange BS "Bunny Slipper" Model"--- for cranky feet. Ha!

Good luck for happy skiing and for the prosperity of this terrific magazine! You do an excellent job!

Thanks, Lynn
