I remember when I got my new car in 2004, I submitted several ideas for a personalized license plate to the Virginia DMV, and each one came back with a big NO. My ideas had to do with Love Snow, powder skier or some such variation, and they, in their infinite wisdom, connected each one to drugs. I ended up with SKICABO………..but geez, seeing the license plates now, what was the big deal?
